Positive stress |
Most of us live in such a consistent state of stress that we seldom (many times) acknowledge the pressure it puts on our lives. Anyway, adding “EU” in front of stress, it abruptly has a powerful word that drives us into a very 'positive and productive life'. No person can achieve anything without an amount of stress. In general, eustress is the kind of pressure that motivates us to accomplish and even achieving more to lead to a 'successful and contented life'. Achievers have a definite eustress even though they have got and may feel some distress to get the things done in order.
Some other forms of eustress can be earning more with a project said to be proper, getting involved in new assignments, espousing a dream or even confronting something you are frightened of etc.
